Bright straw in colour. Citrus and stonefruit aromas are complimented by spice, gunflint and toast from a touch of oak. An approachable wine with inviting bright fruit flavours and great texture and roundness. The oak influence delivers complexity and great intensity on the palate. Drinking well now; this wine will continue to drink well up to 2027.

The grapes for this wine were grown in the Wairau Valley region of Marlborough. This wine is made from grape parcels where 80% was fermented in new and seasoned French barriques and 20% was fermented in stainless steel.

This style of winemaking enables us to craft a wine with bright fruit forward characters while still ensuring complexity and the depth of flavours imparted by oak influence. Partial malolactic fermentation was allowed for the barrel portion of the wine while it aged for 9 months on lees.

Food Pairing: Match with seafood, light meats and cheese.

I got these Robeez toddler sport sandals for my little one and honestly, they’ve been pretty great overall. These slip on pretty easily, which makes getting out the door a lot less stressful. That said, the sizing was a little off for us. I ordered my child’s usual size, but they do seem to run a bit big. There’s more room than I expected, so they’re not as snug of a fit right now. It’s not a huge issue since they can still wear them, but I probably could have sized down for a better fit. Overall, I still really like these sandals. They’re comfortable, practical, and hold up well for everyday use. Just keep the sizing in mind when ordering!

Great sandals

I got these shoes for my 3-year-old. They are a good summer shoe that look good for everyday wear. I like that both straps are adjustable to help them to be more form-fitting to the foot. I like that the back ankle strap is *not* adjustable, because I don't feel the need for that one to be adjustable and also it's just kind of annoying because it's an extra thing that can potentially become undone. The whole shoe is foam including the uppers. One concern I have is that the sole is more slick than rubbery, so I'm concerned about these being slippery, especially with all of the summer activities that involve water. The footbed of the shoe has a bit of texture and seems comfortable. I appreciate that the sole bends easily to make them healthy for little feet that need to flex. These seem easy to clean, you could probably wash them in the washing machine, though I didn't see that anywhere so I don't know for sure. Overall, I find these to be high quality sandals and they are flexible for outdoor/wet situations as well as indoors.
